How we handle your data

• Beta sign-ups: We collect your email address and any optional details (first name, company) when you join the beta waitlist.
• Usage analytics (optional): When you accept all cookies, Vercel Analytics records aggregated event counts, approximate region, device information, and anonymized page performance to help us improve the product.
• Strictly necessary cookies: We use essential cookies to run the beta experience, including unlocking beta features and enforcing run limits.
• Support correspondence: If you email us, we store the message and metadata necessary to reply.

We separate strictly necessary cookies (required to run the app) from optional analytics. Analytics is disabled unless you choose Accept all in the cookie banner.

Offsite Planner uses trusted third parties to deliver the MVP experience:

• Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., USA): Stores beta subscriber information, manages double opt-in emails, and tracks unsubscribes.
• Vercel Analytics (Vercel Inc., USA/EU): Hosts the app and captures aggregated usage metrics. Vercel deletes raw logs according to their default retention schedule.

We do not sell user data or share it with advertisers.

• Send product updates, playbooks, and beta invitations.
• Monitor feature adoption and performance to keep the service reliable.
• Respond to support questions and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide venue discovery links (via Google search) so you can research third-party providers.

• You can unsubscribe from Mailchimp emails at any time using the link in each message.
• Email info@offsiteplanner.app to request a copy or deletion of your data.
• Use the cookie banner to choose “Accept strictly necessary” to keep analytics disabled.

We rely on Mailchimp and Vercel's security programs, enforce least-privilege access, and only retain personal data while you are opted in to the beta or until you ask us to delete it.
