Terms of Use

Simple rules for the beta

These terms outline how you may use Offsite Planner during the beta. By accessing the app, you agree to these conditions. Questions? Email offsiteplannerdev@gmail.com.

Beta service only

Offsite Planner is provided as an early access service. Features may change, break, or disappear without notice. We may suspend or end access at any time while we evolve the product.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or overload the service.
  • Only submit team information you have the right to share.
  • Respect privacy laws and internal policies when exporting or sharing generated itineraries.

No travel agency guarantee

Offsite Planner offers planning recommendations, not binding travel bookings. You remain responsible for verifying availability, pricing, and compliance with your travel policies before committing to vendors.

Integrations

Planned integrations with services such as Concur, Slack, or Google Workspace are provided as-is. You are responsible for following those platforms' terms and permissions when connecting them.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Offsite Planner and its creators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the beta. The service is provided without warranties of any kind.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
